Actual savings may vary. Interchange rates are set solely by the payment card networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and are publicly published by those networks. These rates may include additional fees or costs assessed by the networks, which ZiFi does not control and which have been disclosed in the pass through fee guide, such as assessment fees, authorization fees, risk and compliance fees, and other applicable pass through fees. Additional third party fees, which may include, but are not limited to, equipment, hardware, or software fees, may also apply.

(5) Any savings estimate provided in connection with ZiFi digital banking fees is based on competitor monthly or annual pricing for base subscription or standard fees of $25 per month, annualized. Standard fees are defined as setup fees, account fees, monthly fees, digital transaction fees, subscription fees, and deposit fees. Fee-free digital banking means that our ZiFi mobile and online banking services are currently provided at no cost. However, this does not include third party fees such as internet service provider fees or data and message fees. Also, certain account-specific transaction activity fees, that could occur for transactions conducted through or outside of digital banking, may still apply. Please refer to the Business Accounts Schedule of Fees. Any offer is subject to change.   

 

(6) Deposits that a person or entity maintains in the same ownership category at any division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., including ZiFi, are added together and insured up to at least $250,000.

 

(7) Any savings estimate provided in connection with a ZiFi dedicated Business Banker provided on a complementary basis is derived from a competitors annual pricing for access to a relationship manager in published tiered pricing schedules, which show $30 per month for that service, annualized.
